Surya Namaskar tutorial
Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a great way to start your day energized and centered. It’s a powerful practice which can be done in a short amount of time, preferably in the morning. It helps to open up all areas of the body, purify and improve blood circulation and strengthen the physical body. The lungs, digestive system, spine, joints and muscles will all benefit from practicing.
Before to start do a gentle 5-10 min warm up for your joints and spine.
Doing 6-12 or more rounds of Surya Namaskar every morning will make you feel energized for a whole day!
